The Manager was awesome and took care of anything we needed. He was even there the next morning! He gets extra stars ⭐ Rooms were nice, beds comfortable, food good, and taken care of very well. Location was great for easy access off the highway and next to a McDonald’s. 4 stars on location only because neighborhood is a little sketchy.

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Executive Residency. The staff was very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of hot and fresh items. The location was excellent — convenient and just a very nice short ride to downtown. I also loved the pleasant fragrance in the lobby and hallways, which made the hotel feel welcoming and fresh. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location is absolutely perfect—situated in a quiet neighborhood , it offered both convenience and tranquility. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern furnishings. What truly sets Best Western apart, however, is the service. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure our stay was perfect. My favorite amenity was, without a doubt, the pool, the complimentary gourmet breakfast. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. I highly recommend Best Western to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or a holiday.
I had a very good stay at Best Western. The staff were very nice and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of delicious options, and the young person working in the breakfast area was very helpful and attentive. The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience.
Stayed here for 2 nights. The location is a little off the beaten path, only 10 minutes from Broadway and 10 minutes from downtown Nashville, which I loved since the noise from the nightlife wasn’t a concern. Our room was simple, spacious, and clean. The staff here work very hard to keep the place running and they were very polite. Free breakfast in the morning was very nice. My only complaint would be that there was only one working elevator during our stay, but hey, we weren’t sleeping in the elevator.
